Frequently Asked Questions
How will I know if I need therapy?
There may be times in your life where you feel stuck, as though you have tried everything, and still do not feel better emotionally. This is typically when someone starts to consider if a therapist can help. Making the decision, and taking that first step to reach out to a therapist is a difficult one. We encourage you to call our office and take advantage of our free phone consultations with one of our clinicians to discuss your concerns more in-depth. Our therapists can support you with making a decision that is best for you.
What do we do in therapy?
Our clinicians come from various backgrounds and theoretical orientations. We do not represent just one method of therapy, but rather emphasize a holistic approach for our clients.
We strive to...
Implement Hope, Create Possibilities, Provide Solutions, Support your Journey, & Deepen interpersonal Connections.
